You may feel like you’re more tired that you have a right to be, but keep in mind that, in addition to everything you do during the day you’re also growing a whole other person! Your body is working overtime, even when you are resting. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, make sure and take your vitamins, and give yourself a rest whenever you need it. Getting a little exercise every day may help, too. If your fatigue is severe, let your care provider know.
